Baked Potato with Stuart's Roast Salmon Kick

Recipe Serves 4
250g roast salmon from Arbroath, 2 tablespoons of horseradish sauce, tobasco sauce, 125g cream cheese, baking potatoes, butter/spread, salt
Peel away and discard skin, break the cooked fish into a bowl into flakes...not too fine
In a separate bowl mix together cream cheese, horse radish with 2 or (3 at most) spots of tobacco sauce, mix well and add flakes of roast salmon
Add to your baked potatoes and have a cold drink ready.
