Arbroath Smokie Ramekins
Another tasty recipe from Arbroath Smokies Direct.
Recipe Serves 6 snacks
400g flaked Arbroath Smokies = 1 pair of, 8 tablespoon of double cream, 4 chopped tomatoes, 2oz unsalted butter, 4 tablespoons grated parmesan, fine white breadcrumbs.
Put 2 tablespoons of flaked smokie into 8 ramekins and cover with a tablespoon of cream add small amount of tomatoes to each and top with crumbs + cheese add a blob of butter, bake in a hot oven 230 for 10 minutes until brown + bubbly
Serve 2 each with main meal or 1 each for a perfect starter
